1. Seat Allocations and Concurrency
A study cubicle is confirmed only after the library owner verifies cash or online payment receipt. Submitting a booking reserves a seat temporarily for 60 minutes. If verification is rejected or expires, the seat is returned to Available status.
2. Calendar Month Billing Cycles
Monthly seat renewals follow calendar months from the verified joining date. Due dates reflect valid calendar cycle days (e.g. 31st January maps to 28th/29th February).
3. Library Owner Obligations
Library owners agree to provide an active, disciplined study environment suitable for civil services, banking, and competitive examination preparation.
